We envision a democracy where every person has the desire, the right, the knowledge and the confidence to participate.

The League is political, but proud to be a nonpartisan organization. We never support or oppose any political parties or candidates for office, but we encourage informed and active participation in government. The League influences public policy through education and advocacy.
